NEW FRONT RACK DESIGN

When we first designed the Expedition Rack System in April 2024, we tested our prototype on various Cybertrucks. We noticed the curvature of the Cybertruck’s side panels isn’t always consistent (yes, the roofline isn’t exactly straight). To ensure the product would fit all Cybertrucks, we played it a bit safe and added some buffer. We’re always listening to the community and customer feedback. Like some of you, we weren’t fully satisfied with the front fitment, so we decided to iterate and improve. At Mars, much like Tesla, we’re constantly evaluating and refining our products, even if we don’t always announce every adjustment. Thanks to the improved build quality of the recent Cybertrucks, we’ve fine-tuned the latest Expedition Rack（aluminum), adjusting the front curvature more aggressively for a better fit. Carbon steel version will be optimized shortly after.

NEW EXPEDITION RACK

Many of you who purchased our full rack system want to mount a roof-top tent on it. In our latest design iteration, we've updated our rack system, extending the rear for improved RTT support and optimizing the overall look and feel.

STARLINK MINI MOUNT

Additionally, as the Starlink Mini becomes a must-have for campers and overlanders, we’ve developed an integrated mount compatible with our racks and crossbars, providing seamless Internet access on the go.
