I am picking up my truck this coming Saturday. I bought the core wheels, but plan to eventually put AT tires on. Looks like the Open Country AT EV tires only come in 285/70R 20 instead of 285/65R 20. I would prefer the larger sidewall, but I wonder if I would run into problems. Thanks.

Tesla Cybertruck Anyone running the new Toyo Open Country AT EV tires in 285/70R 20? Trim

Trimmed off the wrench flats that do nothing after assembly that also can just get trimmed off a replacement upper ball in 100,000 miles

Port a band about 30 seconds per side.

The EV tuned version of the Toyo AT IIi which is an awesome tire.

A lot better, almost as quiet despite being actually great tread in snow and dirt. The energy app actually shows less energy consumed per mile since the upgrade but I'll drive 100 milse and compare the 100 and 200 mile history for energy on the energy app and then comment.

This is the high on road height but I can drop it all the way down to entry or go up to the highest offroad setting, turn the wheel all the way and not rub.

I am considering these as well. I sent an email to Toyo to request the release this tire in the stock CT size. They did really quickly which is nice - Thank you for contacting Toyo Tires U.S.A. Corp. Your suggestion has been forwarded to our new product development group for evaluation and possible consideration in the future.

I still have a few months before my stock tires need replaced so holding out hope they release the right size. Glad to see the fitment pictures above if that is the route I end up going. They do look great on the CT.

That extra 1" looks just right and does not rub. I'd be running these 70s even if they made a 65.

Hi, curious if you could do a follow up on your wh/mi? I got a set of these and my first 300mi I am averaging 470 vs 417 on my Pirelli(2k miles). I am going to do some longer highway driving to be sure but short test shows 75 mph approx 560 wh/mi. I might have to swap them back out.

I am running them but LT275/65R20 and they are about 1% smaller than stock.
So far 500 miles seems to be similar to the Goodyear ATR efficiency but with an E rated tire. Surprisingly they both weigh 55 lbs.
