This would drive me nuts too...like a leaky faucet that drops every few seconds... I wish you the best in finding it and I am "watching" this thread

Hey OP - So I know its been a year but I came to this thread because I had the same issue. Turns out I had the same. It was the front Center Console Panel. The internal clips were rubbing. You can easily remove the panel gently prying the clips and apply your choice of lubricant and it should be gone. Here is Teslas service guide on how to remove.Unfortunately, this was not the problem. I pried it out and laid it open and drove around for a couple minutes and the creaking noise was still there. I think it's definitely in the front dash area. Wish this was the issue because this was fixable DIY. I sprayed WD 40 Lithium on those spots anyways.
