Anyone have somethings similar to this creaking/rattling noise? It starts to make this sound the moment the truck starts going just even slightly left or right. It's like popping noise almost. I can't even pinpoint where it is coming from the cabin. I feel like its in the second row, but not sure.

Is it the wheel covers? So annoying. And the service center said it had a hard time replicating it which I think is bullshit because you can hear it with the phone camera recording with no mics. Didnt have this when I first got the truck.

Wondering if others have had this and knows where this noise is coming from so I can tell service center where to look.

Definitely not the wheel covers. Just tested without them. My wife rode in the back to see if it's louder back there. I think we both agreed its in the front. Maybe the dash area.

Happy new year, thank me later ?

I ran to the garage, sprayed the WD40 and tested it. Unfortunately, no luck for me. I think it's inside the cabin and in the front panel. All I have is regular WD 40 thought. Which one did you use?

I wanted to use a dry line but seems they don’t sell it in Cali? I got about huge wd40 bottle, but I think it’s basically the same as the smaller household ones.
Did you spray both doors on the side making the noise?
I’ve also seen some peoples door latch being loose and causing the creaking.
Hope this is the culprit, for your sake

Damn. Yes, I sprayed all 4 doors. Door latch seems tight.

Early delivery here back in March. Had the truck in three times for this. Replaced the driver seat completely and it didn’t solve it. Problem is in the center console between the the driver and passenger seats though it was tough to pinpoint and did sound like it could be coming from the back seat area. It wasn’t… They figured it out on the third try. They have to unbolt the center console and add some deadening/padding (I believe) and bolt it back down. Have your SC lookup the fix in their internal system. Mine was fixed in Dublin CA

Most common creak is the center console.

I had the same sound, and it seemed to go away when I moved the seats all the way forward and back a few times.

It’s 100% the center console but it’s on the inside. There are metal clips that rub together. Pop the cover off and spray with WD or something heavier. It’s the exact sound I had and finally fix in 20 mins with spray. It’s the damn clips!!!

Mike, this picture you posted. Is that the cover you are referring too? How do you pop it out? That is underneath the second row screen correct?

That’s the cover in front of the back seats. If you have those plastic shim removers, use those to pry it off. Start at the top and work your way down. You’ll see the metal clips that hold it in place. When the truck/console flex’s, those clips rub and create that annoying squeak. Took me 2 months to figure it out but the noise is 100% gone after spraying it well.

Unfortunately, this was not the problem. I pried it out and laid it open and drove around for a couple minutes and the creaking noise was still there. I think it's definitely in the front dash area. Wish this was the issue because this was fixable DIY. I sprayed WD 40 Lithium on those spots anyways.
