I think some may be confusing their Reservation number with their order number. Administrator - can you lay out the full process here?

A couple of notes:
Order # and Reservation # are the same as far as I can tell.
Delivery Location during ordering specified home delivery without other options that I remember seeing (this is in Texas)

I saw the same thing. Only home delivery in Austin.
