    Got it in DFW metroplex on CT but not S or 3. I'll have FSD, but S & 3 are NOT HW4, so my experience seems to confirm the consensus views as I understand them.

    Rear drive inverter replacement

    Happened to me yesterday (6/26) at low speed. Similar Thud/Jolt feeling as leaving driveway. Speed cap was 65 mph. VIN in the mid 900's. Mileage ~14.5k. Error DL_a139 Rear Motor Disabled. Service center got it just before closing, so no Dx yet. If it is just the inverter, here's the draft...
