I have a Prevost tour bus that I lease out to bands.
Replacement panels and bumpers sold by Prevost are not polished, so you either send them out to get polished before installing or you learn how to do it yourself.
With the right tools and materials, you could absolutely polish the CT...
Wrong tires
Like @Crissa said, All Season and All Terrain tires are NOT snow tires.
Here in New England, snow tires should be considered mandatory. Even Jeeps fly off the roads in snow. But I’m always amazed at what a two wheel drive car can do with proper snow tires!
I'd bet that the CT will have steer by wire.
Firstly, the 48vdc system allows good steer by wire reaction time. Lexus has introduced steer by wire but it's "laggy" in quick inputs. I think the steering will be next level on the CT.
Secondly, we've seen proof of it in video already. There's...
And here we go again!
Listen Gordon, no one here will take you seriously. Seriously, no one.
Post up, become a community/forum member, contribute useful insight, then voice your concerns.
So you drive a Prius, huh? I have never seen a Prius driver with a smile on his face.
I bet you're not a happy Prius driver, and you feel like spreading your unhappiness among us generally happy, albeit sometimes impatient, CT (that's short for Cybertruck) reservation holders and CT/Tesla...
Any idiot knows a 3500 (Ford, Ram, Chevy/GMC) is not lithium battery powered.
We don't need to do to Ford what they do to Tesla.
We're above that I hope.
This is the same CEO who APPROVED investing $2.2 beelllllioooonnnn into Nikola.
Nikola! A company with no real technology.
If I was on GM's board of directors I would have called for Mary Barbra's resignation.
Mary Barbra is desperate and will say anything she needs to give the directors...
They are building out the charging infrastructure.
I bought a VW TDI in 2000. It was a bitch to find gas stations that had "auto" diesel pumps at that time.
Now, nearly every gas station has auto diesel pumps.
The early EV adopters have had to deal with "planning" out their routes for years...
We definitely want pictures and ride report!
I had buddy with a big wheel mini bike as a kid. We rode that thing the swamps, places that a dirt bike would not have gone. My neighbors have a Yamaha BW200 that I've ridden a bunch
I don't see the attraction to "big wheel" motorcycles. They really don't do anything well. Not nimble, not fast, don't handle well at all. Maybe they do okay in a swamp.
The Volcon looks kinda cool and fun, though
Ummm, yeahhhh.
So Joey, the used car manager's (managers') job(s) includes making as much money as possible on all trade ins. This would include selling to the secondary car markets.
For example: I buy my CT and trade in my diesel BMW. The BMW is in perfect order, looks amazing, interior...
The 4680 pack pictured is definitely the "structural" pack, and if that is a MY chassis, then the MY is getting a structural pack. Plus, the body in white has no floor. The battery pack's top lid is the body's floor.
And I agree with everything else you wrote. Less electrical resistance...
I've never been to a dealership where the people selling the cars know more about the car (or cars in general) than me.
The average car dealership is really struggling. Revenue is decreasing on the cars (due to the OEMs), people can't afford to pay for repairs outside of warranty because the...
Damn, you bring up a HUGE selling point! We can charge our Altas from the Cybertruck, and at 240v, with no generator to haul around or get swiped at the trailhead!
BTW, to the person that mentioned the weight of the electric motorcycles...... the Alta is around 260, about 30 pounds more than...
Ugh
" Moreover, earnings quality has become a big issue for investors. The fact that Tesla’s still losing a ton of money making electric vehicles, yet is able to report a profit due to unsustainable cash flow streams (namely, Bitcoin trading and the sale of emissions credits), is worrisome to...
