Evotrex PG5: the RV Trailer that makes its own power (270+ kWh of usable energy)

The towing range integration looks very interesting, my question is if the onboard hybrid gas generator turns on to charge the 45kw battery when towing, in theory it could offset the CT towing range to the full 300+ range vs 100 miles or so when towing. If so that’s a game changer for long...

2025 Holiday Software Update now live (and installing on Cybertrucks)!

Even worse, I predict it wil be like current Google search integrations where they will sell your data and info on searches, frequency visited locations, etc. to data companies, but just imagine the AI element caching all of your searches, and then all of a sudden you'll hear "Sponsored...

    Interesting FSD v14 fact realized

Might be related to a new camera calibration needed?

    38.6 Update incoming

I believe it’s the lightbar that is now dimmer once the update is done

    38.6 Update incoming

It would be reasonable to assume that this update is the recall fix for the DRLs…anyone open to taking pictures before and after the update?

    Deal on powershare bundle

Yup that’s partially why I got the Cybertruck, but we also wanted a backup to the backup so it keeps electronics and fridge on in case we are away from home. It has a 20 millisecond whole house backup so it’s pretty much instantaneous, and it also has a generator hook up for the truck to plug into

Preparing trailer range test with and without a wind deflector....

What a lot of folks don’t realize is when you are supercharging while hitched up to a trailer, you can run the 120/240 bed outlet to run AC, a microwave, etc. our family would charge while having lunch/dinner in your own trailer, it’s great!

    Deal on powershare bundle

I really wanted the PowerShare to work but with $4k quoted for installation and no battery backup unless you opt in for a $17k powerwall option, I opted to go with a Ecoflow delta pro ultra, for $5k they have a inverter, battery and smart home panel that backs up the entire home, solar ready...

Preparing trailer range test with and without a wind deflector....

OP please post the results of your test, I am anxiously awaiting the patent for the CT aero to turn into a real tesla store product as I tow a 30ft rockwood that is already not very aero friendly.

Is anyone aware of any kind of device that can just pull 10kW from the CT and dump it to the grid?

Try using an Ecoflow delta pro ultra with a few batteries, one will give you 3KW ac input charging, if you get 3x inverters, batteries and smart home panel that would get you 9kw of charging capacity

New Service Mode feature in 2025.26 to test speakers

Is there a way to use this for a professional audio calibration? Thinking SPL meter at specific frequencies and then adjusting the new speaker profile to fit

I FIXED the issue! So if anyone is having the same sound, spray dry lubricant or WD-40, turns out it’s the door latch all along:

Help with door creak! 3x SC visits, still persists

Hello everyone, hoping someone has had this issue before. 6 months ago had a creaking sound start that has gotten much worse, already had three SC visits to try to fix the issue, including door alignment, replacing white door trim, and last visit replacing window actuator. Sound is still...

Pebble Flow towing w/ Cybertruck far exceeded my expectations

That is awesome! I am very interested in knowing the battery % of pebble when you started vs the end of your trip, as I’d like to tow 500-1k miles to some extended spots. I heard it has a 40kw battery, but I could be wrong. Also live in NorCal as well

Has anyone tried retrofitting a SiriusXM Sat Tuner in the CT?

Sounds like a fun project, I was almost going down this route with my Model Y. I would say give it a try but don’t route the antenna until you know if it actually works. Where is the location of the radio tuner in CT BTW?

5th wheel/Gooseneck hitch in the works?

The bolt patterns ARE there, it’s just a question of if Tesla says it can support a heavy weight load on those bolt points. From what I’ve researched 5th wheel hitch manufacturers will have a sort of “mounting bar” that then allows you some play in adjustments. The hitches are out there, it’s...

New: Powershare Outlet Adapter ($80) now available in Tesla Shop

Confirmed it’s only a 120v 20amp adaptor. I actually use the 240v bed outlet regularly to power my 50amp travel trailer while dry camping, so for me glad I purchased the FS AWD

What does your camping setup look like?

30ft Rockwood ultra lite 2616BH, around 8k lbs with a 1k hitch weight. Around 1200wh/mi when going 65, 1100wh at 60mph and around 950wh when going 55mph, but majority of our camping is an hour away. I LOVE the slide out storage as I can load up all of my camping gear and not break my back...
