Want to purchase FSD

My free FSD trial end in May of this year but i want purchase it outright before Feb-14. Tesla app show only subscription with option to renew but there's no option to buy. Please help, anyone?

It may be like the connectivity package. It shows 9.99 a month to subscribe, click buy then it gives you the option for a yearly subscription as well. Also you can do the purchase from the screen in your truck.

unfortunately, there's no buy option from the truck screen as well. i don't know why it's so hard for Tesla to take my money.

I bought it on both my vehicles, 25 cybertruck and 26 model y. Glad I did, but who knows what the options will be by the time I’m ready for another vehicle… I don’t like monthly subscriptions I’d rather just buy outright…

Yea that is the problem, if you get rear-ended and they total your truck the insurance company will give you $400 for FSD "add on" that you can then no longer buy.

My guess is after Feb 14th Elon will allow owners to keep their FSD tied to their Tesla account, really the only way to be fair about it after the FSD promises have been "soon" for so long.
