Our Cyber Weekends premium tool box has been solid. I've had mine for some time and it has been a game changer for keeping my tools organized. I used to keep multiple took boxes in my bed and would have to climb up everytime I wanted to get at them. Now I can literally drive right up to work on equipment in the field and simply pop open the frunk and get after it. I tried other generic tool boxes for the front, nothing worked well and I wasted money and time trying them. His product has been worth every penny. I'm also pretty hard on my stuff. When I spend good money on a product I expect it work and his tool box has held up well to my abuse.
Do you know how much it weighs dry?
The tool box looks super premium and I love that the frunk can be used like how you describe. Right now I’ve been running with the tools in Milwaukee packout box in the bed. They work well but for the everyday quick action tools the frunk seems to be ideal.
just also need to figure out about the battery pack plan do I keep inside cab or make something for the frunk. But I always kept batteries in the cab so they are conditioned for weather and temp. How do you deal with your batteries?

I don't know the exact weight, but I was able to lift and wrestle it in on my own. For cold weather, sounds like we do the same, I put my batteries and charger in the back seat just because the interior never seems to get too cold even when it's -10 out. At least not cold enough that I would worry about my batteries especially if they are charging and warming every time I head to a job site. The packout systems are nice, I just hated having to unstrap and break apart the boxes everytime I wanted to get to work, then put everything back and restrap to get on the road, likely to only to it again in 10 minutes for a different piece of equipment. Especially when it's cold...

Thanks for the insight this is the first time I have a frunk. So trying to utilize it as my general tool area to grab and go. I normally had all my general hand tools inside the cab so they don’t get rusty up as the bed seem to get a little moisture. I used the packout draws for the bed and that was a life saver of grabbing my drills and so forth fast. But I like to be as efficient as possible. So less opening and grabbing is quicker.
Do you think if the battier in the frunk on charger all the time it would have an issue with temps?

I'm sure to some degree. But I'd feel comfortable having them up there in a charger, but I'm not someone who worries that much about it. That's my project this spring is to get a charger up there.

I haven't seen an AI Cybertruck photo in existence that doesn't have the door handles
That's true I made one and I could not get the AI to remove the handles!

Most of the charges have so much plastic which is not needed. Thinking get those battery plug from Amazon and mount that on the top of the box. And then break open the charger and make a panel for behind the plastic in the CT along with the invert and such off the 48v.
that’s what I’m thinking. Line up 6 batteries on the front of the box hopefully clearance to close the frunk and then tools behind them.

It’s a real shame when you’re forced to Photoshop your AI images
