looks like a good idea, would be better if it didnt interfere with the L track and covered the whole back of the frunk
Agreed

The rack that the cyberweekend guys have on the back caught my eye. I wonder where that came from?

Yeah. There is some cool stuff on there.. Maybe I’m overreacting with the sticker shock stuff.
It’s just, a $3k toolbox sounds outrageous to me.
Am I nothing more than a cheapskate?

I think just a molle panel that replaces the plastic part over the air filter in the back with the Cybertruck logo on it, or even one that attaches to that plastic panel and maybe anchors to one or two of the screw points behind it would be hella useful.
I think you could fairly easily also put a molle piece across anchored to both l-Trscks if you wanted to. How many securement points does one need? You could line the thing with velcroed power tools and a bunch of hand tools. Put some battery chargers in one corner and maybe a baby compressor/soldering iron on the other.
The entire frunk would function as a toolbox/ bench. Throw in a nice folding stool as a place to sit and work maybe and secure it?
I think I could pull that off for less than $3k with some nice quality tools as part of that budget.

Hey Everyone. Thanks for the shout and chatting about Our Cyber Weekend. A friend whom I met at a delivery last week in Denver Sent me this link so I thought I would register and say hello.

To answer a few questions:

it is hard mounted in the Frunk with the same 4 bolts the L Track Uses for the cargo net, so if you are out having fun, it is not going to be bouncing around. We put them to the test while in Denver last week.

There is no noise and the drawers are all soft close and do not open if the driver slams on the brakes.

As for colors, it is powder coated to what ever the customer likes.

I added a few images of some of the machining. There is a lot of work involved in making this robust enough to enjoy.

Hopefully I can answer some of your other questions and I will get the webpage updated as well as things are moving pretty quickly

The Roof Rack, I also did myself

That looks really nice. I’ll admit to a little sticker shock as you can obviously read above but it looks like qyakity stuff and I recognize that you often get what you pay for. Still a little steep for me.
Your kitchen setup looks amazing too on your website.

Hot dog. Thank you for sharing this! Man, that is exactly what I've been looking for. I'm tempted.
Just took delivery of my frunk kit from OurCyberWeekend. Love how it bolts into the frunk floor. Drawers stay shut without any additional mechanisms. The molle panel on top is nicely finished with beveled edges and powder coated. They'll work with you on color and other details.

This is a really solid built product, can't wait to start filling it up! Some pics below as well, excuse the dirty truck as I had some fun in the mud a few days before ?

So what did this cost you all told? Were there optional extras that would have made it cheaper or is it pretty much a flat fee?

So $3250 plus tax? Unless of course you also order the $350 cutting board.
Cool that you got to choose colors I suppose but it’s hard for me to imagine spending more on a tool chest than a full urander or mars ag rack or more than a cybertent. That makes it the single most expensive accessory for the truck I can think of offhand.
Congrats on the purchase. Enjoy. Let us know what you end up putting in it.

Thank you for the shout out.

We have a lot of exciting things coming in the future. Here is a short video on an unboxing this past weekend while we were at the Tesla Flower Mound Grand Opening event. At the moment, the kit is designed to be as simple for the user as possible. it comes fully assembled and ready to drop in the frunk.

Man some really fun options but man some are pricey. Feel like maybe build one out of wood for now and see how it feels for a while. But that @Our Cyber Weekend is totally premo! Nice work for sure art!

Our Cyber Weekends premium tool box has been solid. I've had mine for some time and it has been a game changer for keeping my tools organized. I used to keep multiple took boxes in my bed and would have to climb up everytime I wanted to get at them. Now I can literally drive right up to work on equipment in the field and simply pop open the frunk and get after it. I tried other generic tool boxes for the front, nothing worked well and I wasted money and time trying them. His product has been worth every penny. I'm also pretty hard on my stuff. When I spend good money on a product I expect it work and his tool box has held up well to my abuse.
