This picture taken this morning as I was charging from 9% to 100% and it indicated 1 Hr and 10 Mins remaining before I brought it down to 95%.

The SC Station I used was only 250 Kw (but went as high as 253 Kw)

Maybe you put too much faith into the time estimate? We need to see the curve. I am sure Out of Spec is in route already to do a video, haha. Pushing 900amps is crazy. Wonder if that degrades the charging of vehicles at other posts. Also, for someone who understands this, what does this imply for when we get V4 cabinets?

The proper thing to do is to have folks that live in the SF Bay Area go to the Los Gatos V4 charger and see if we can replicate. I would be interested in the charging curve of a preconditioned battery below 10% up to 80%.

I live about 30 minutes from that charger, but I juiced up last night so I won’t have a need to hit a charger maybe until the weekend.

Because you really should NEVER charge to 100% at a Supercharger!!!!!

80% is the highest you should go unless you can't reach the next Supercharger at that level.

What's not being said is that may be pushing 5-80% to about 20 minutes.

And FYI, I believe that from 95% to 100% is as long as 5% to 50%.

This. Although in West Virginia in 0 degree weather, I had the car insist I needed 100% to get to the next charger once. I stopped it at 90% and it re-routed with another charging stop.

More than likely that is what I now call a Nav computer hallucination. Ever since they went to AI, it can sometimes get really stupid, I mean really stupid. Like leave my house at 100%, go 15 miles to a Supercharger and charge for an hour.

If these happen just calculate again. I often hit the remove Superchargers button, let it recalculate and then hit it again to add them back. Or just recreate the route.
It sometimes feels like playing a slot machine, getting a different combination every time.
In the past, it was very deterministic, not so anymore, since they do things like look to see how many people are currently routing to the Supercharger.
