0-60 in 2.6 vs. 2.6
1/4 Mi in 10.5s at 123mph vs. CV 11s at 119mph
> 1k HP vs. 840
> 1k ft lbs vs. 800ish?
Both weigh within 50lbs of one another....

Granted this is with the R1S on Michelin Pilot Sport S5 street perf tires vs. CT all terrains - guessing with same tires the CT has better 0-60 but still looses the 1/4 mile.

Hoping Tesla does some power / battery optimization on the CT and we get some advantage back.....

No it doesnt matter, who cares, etc.....but fun to compare, and I still want to win!

Co worker telling me yesterday how her 1 year old RS1 bricked in her garage the other day. Dead 12v battery..... 2 different tow trucks to get it out of garage, purse with needed license and credit cards to get a rental locked in car, all day ordeal...they might want to work on that.

All EVs seem to have a vulnerability of the 12v battery dying. I'm skeptical that a Rivian will brick if the 12v dies. I have a model s and a rivian r1t, both have had 12v batteries die. Both warned me ahead of time, both have a way to open the frunk if the system is dead. I actually had to do that on the r1t once - r1s must have the same way to open it via pulling an emergency cable underneath the car you can expose it via removing on of the underbody protection with a wrench.

This happened to my wife's Y. She was still able to open the doors though. Mobile service replaced the battery.
