Tesstudio BEWARE review led BSD dash strip upgrade poor product and worse customer service

I thought to myself what a great idea, a LED strip add on that highlights the BSD and adds the turn signals and some ambient lighting, but after waiting an eternity to get it and finally doing the install, the unit is dead as a doorknob. I reach out to customer service and they were ZERO help, other than to request all sorts of photos of the installation cables and connections which is understandable to see if we did the install correctly, which they validated it was correct, hence we have a bad unit. Instead of taking this into account and making things right, I'm forced to remove the whole system and ship it back to them to get a refund... All I wanted was a working unit, I asked them to QC one first and ship it to replace mine they refused. I was forced into doing a dispute... I paid a professional Tesla installer to do the install, the troubleshooting and now to remove it to ship back to get my money back, they refuse to take accountability, so I say stay away from @Tesstudio products, they don't stand behind their product, they do not operate ethically...too bad I have a lot of other things I wanted to buy .
