there are now two in St. Louis, Chesterfield and South County. Avoid the Chesterfield location if possible! My buddy had a laughably bad experience there that cost him several hundred dollars due to their treatment of an expensive accessory. Most of the seasoned techs are at the South County location, especially after the layoffs. Some experienced techs got laid off temporarily and found new jobs before rehiring started.
South county SC goes above and beyond to listen and fix problems. Even the mobile guys from that location think outside the box. I had the passenger seat issue, the mobile guy called some older techs and found a work around to at least get the seat moving, but set me up for a motor replacement as he could hear it straining and said it wouldn't last long, at least not reliably. It would have been very easy for him to have said nothing, checked the box as completed and left me to call back later if/when the motor crapped out.
