Yep, got a new CT on Monday. And already ordered some DIY PPF for sides and back. And, a bunch of magnets and stickers. None of them are warning stickers, they're more things that I support, like the environment and skiing. Hopefully, people will be more tolerant if they think you're one of them. Presumably they like the environment, and being in New England, hopefully they like to ski.

And, if someone does key my CT, hopefully, the PPF will mitigate the damage.

Wouldn't just having a CT say you are one of them or is their brain misfiring that much?

I worked as a "health inspector" many years ago in LA County. One of the local slumlords was actually renting out the crawl space of an apartment building to homeless people. I left a notice on his door. Several hours later he came to the office front desk and told the clerk to give this to me.?

I am politically to the right. I realize that I am a minority, but I buy EVs because I love the technology. Of course, in areas of the country where there is bad air quality EVs are a Godsend. We just purchased our 5th EV (2026 Model Y). I'm trying to talk my wife now into getting a CT to replace our Lightning.

We just got the refreshed Y last week. Got the white interior. It is really a beautiful vehicle inside and out. My wife is one of those people who has never been impressed by a vehicle. It's just a way to get from place to place. She usually always wants me to drive. We took it on a 730 mile road trip. Not only did she want to drive, but I overheard her on the phone bragging about the car to her family.
