Got these in yesterday and installed them. It took 1 hour 20 minutes. Overall I’m pretty happy with them. I’ve got the 2” lift rods from CybertruckCo too so I’ve been looking forward to getting some side steps. Definitely easier for my 3 year old to climb in and out. Plus I prefer dropping into the seat than sliding in. They look great and have maybe 2-3 inches of play, depending on how far you want them to sit. I got them on sale when Hansshow listed them on this forum for $623. Not bad!

None at all. You loosen 4 of the bolts that hold the side plastic panel on and the kit includes longer ones with an insert. Super easy.

I also installed these last month. They work great, look nice, very solid. The problem is they block one of the jacking pads. Has anyone come up with a permanent solution other than loosening and moving the bracket each time you need to jack up the Cybertruck? I would have found an alternative if I had realized this issue before installation.

EV Dave documented the issue well in this video:

I have a question. I just ordered this last week on October 5th. I have yet to see a tracking number etc so I sent a message to them today & asked for a status. He replied that “due to it being an oversized item, it will take 15-30 days to accept. is that acceptable?” My question is what that your experience? Did you wait that long for the running boards to ship?

They asked me within just a couple of days of ordering if I wanted to pay to have them flown for an additional charge or shipped. I replied that they should just ship them. 19 days later, I followed up because I had not received a tracking and they offered the same thing, but I told them that time they should just fly them here at no cost since they had already taken three weeks of time and hadn’t shipped them yet on a boat. So they did. They got here within about seven-ten days. Initially they tried to get me to pay $50 to have them flown, but they ended up sending them at no charge. Not the best if you’re in a rush, but I’m happy with them. You could cancel and try EVBase?

Wow, so you waited about a whole month if I am understanding correctly? (Initial 19 days & then 7-10 days later)…that is kind of ridiculous. I guess with the economy they cannot afford to just “proactively” order about 10-20 sets so they are already here in the states & ready to ship, smh. I thought about canceling and switching to the EVBase ones but I like the miniature CyberTruck logos on the Hannshow ones vs the other design on the EVBase one, lol (yes I checked, lol). Plus I financed through affirm and can just use this time to pay them off before they arrive. The truck is already awesome & I have learned patience in this last year since I placed my reservation on Dec 6, 23 & delivery Sep 14, 24 Thanks for the info
