Wow thats not ok. I've also been to eatonville and i did notice that the issue i asked them to fix (camera housing) was half assed, they did not replace the camera housing and instead sticky taped the clips inside the housing to make it stop falling. It worked for 1 day but fell down the next day. Luckily a member from this forum found a brilliant solution and it worked like a charm. I stopped going to that SC and started going to the new one in orlando.
I am inquiring now about just having a tesla body shop do it, vs the service center. Seems again replacing the roof glass would be best done by a body shop vs general service.
The roof glass has to get replaced again since they damaged ( cut off) the plastic attachment points for the interior.
