I just ordered mine, too. Sadly I had no credit. It’s trick because the page says “Back in Stock in February” like before only now it allows to put in cart.

I scheduled my mobile install on 2/20. Can it really be that fast?

Order mine yesterday AM with my $2500 voucher also... initially was offered with mobile installation... few minutes later, someone at Tesla changed my installation to a shop order. I don't mind at all as my CT (FS) is heading in for a 3 day "stay" getting many recalls done. I was genuinely surprised that someone from Tesla is actually putting 2 and 2 together, allowing the shop to take care everything in 1 visit!! Great job!!

Update: Tesla ended up postponing my installation date to March citing delayed shipment status. I found that out after they changed my mobile installation to an existing service site appointment (for other repair work) to now setting up a new installation date via a separate service appointment.

My appointment currently says "Parts in Transit". Has said that for a week. Five more days until the appointment. Did yours have the same status? If so, for how long?

I was able to order mine when it became available on Feb 11. It still showed out of stock, but allowed me to put it in the cart, place my order, and schedule a mobile service appt to install it on Monday the 24th of Feb. This past Friday afternoon they sent me a message saying their delivery vehicle was too small to transport the tent, but that I could pick it up instead or reschedule another service appt in-house to get it installed. I opted to drive an hour to pick it up before something else changed and they decided to sell it to someone else. The box the tent comes in is huge and heavy (about 6 feet long by 3 feet wide by 1.5 feet tall). While I was there I asked about my missing lightbar, and apparently this service center has yet to see or install a single one!!!

Incidentally, they had a Cybertruck on the showroom floor with a tent installed on it.

How weird that they would have sold your tent to someone else before you picked it up.

I’m still trying to find even a picture with the tent installed and not deployed.

Just want to add to my last posted update with an exact timeline::

- I ordered the tent on the early morning of 2/11 before any notification, I have been monitoring the item on a daily basis since late January.

- The original mobile installation date was selected on 2/24

- Then Tesla changed to 2/17 at a nearby service location, the same day my other repairs were supposed to be completed (I was actually pleasantly surprised)

- When showing up at my service center on 2/15 to drop off my CT for other scheduled repairs and getting a ** brand new CT (FS, one and only at that location) as a loaner... the service guy stated that "hey, I saw that you have an upcoming service appointment for the Cybertent on 2/17 right after we get done with this current service appointment, unfortunately, the item is not even shipped yet"

- Then he checked on his computer, he said "the system shows that the tent will be arriving into our location on 3/3, just to be on the safe side, I am seceduling your installation on 3/4 if that's OK with you, in case we need sometime to prep the item or if it runs into any delay, who knows"

- Then the Cybertent quietly went out of stock since

I know that Trsla probably not making a ton of money on this (they are not loosing money either, belive me), but I think they didn't want to produce too many of this due to demand. Honestly, if I don't have the $2,500 powershare coupon and a $500 referral credit, I would have never bought the tent. All other assessiories were not attractive to me, or already included in my FS CT.

What they need to offer is retractable running board, light bar, a good looking roof rack (reversed triangle that basically makes the roof line parallel to the ground) so that you can keep stuff on top and protect the giant glass roof during "adventure time".

I should be in charge of the their CT assessiories development! Haha... ?
