This is why I'm loathe to use MyQ for the primary opening/closing scheme. I have three garage doors all with MyQ and a wireless AP in the garage at the center of all of them. Right now, two doors are reporting as offline in the app and the other is reporting as closed for 1 day (correct). The worst part is that you must have internet access for MyQ to work. Even if your phone and car is connected to your home network, it won't work. When it works, it works well, but it has not been even 80% for me so far.

I'm looking at adding Tailwind since it can allow you to remotely operate doors via internet, but will also work with wifi and has a Tesla integration (via phone bluetooth).

The majority of myq issues are on the service’s side in my usage. I had the hardwired homelink opener in my 3 before myq was available, and based on how that worked - I’ll take the random errors from time to time with myq over the VERY basic operation and unreliable connection the homelink had in my experience.

Mine is still working even after update. That is weird that you had to set it up again.
