18" aftermarket wheels - anyone done it?

I am considering swapping to 18" wheels from Unplugged Performance with the KO3 tires. But before I pull the trigger, it would be nice if I could connect with someone who has done the 18" swap. My questions are around what impact you have noticed to range, ride quality, and noise compared to the factory 20" setup. In a perfect world, the person would be within 5 hours of Houston and I might be able to see them in person. Thanks.
