Long winded way of saying:
A 123Kwh battery with an estimated 406.9 Wh/mi "Rated" baseline will give you the estimated 302 (give or take) mile range estimated for the Cyberbeast.
However, how hard or how efficiently you drive is a large factor in achieving that range.
Agreed, lot of unnecessary math. I was attempting to illustrate to @Cirrus SR22 how the battery size is approx. 122-123kwh. And how hard you drive the vehicle plays a large part on the range you get.
Also,
«Think of what this is showing you. It's the BMS' calculation of remains range, based...
Can someone please help me understand this? 370 wh/mi is awesome efficiency but this doesn’t add up to a 122kwh battery. At 405wh/mile a 122kwh battery should give the stated range of 300 miles. At 370 wh/mile it should be a lot more. Battery seems to be a lot smaller than 122...
You know, I was wondering about this. (Approx. a week ago) I was falling asleep on way home after a 12 hour shift. I was surprised that FSD actually did not disengage. The blinker plus a lane change woke me... (scared me awake) The truck got me home safely!
How is it going with those mirror removed? It does look much cleaner, slicker. But how do you glance up the side rear of the truck? Do you just turn on a blinker for that view?
Delivered Oct 2024... Light bar is installed. Made service appointment for lightbar install, they ordered and installed it. Granted, it took two different centers, but the second location ordered and installed.
I've already elaborate on how service removed a third party rearview mirror camera (totally unrelated to my being there to have the light bar installed), left it hanging by its wires and refused to reinstall it.... long story.
I can see your point.
I was simply reading through post one day to get caught up and noticed several issues while reading, I observed, thought to my self...it's a shame... and posted my thoughts. That's all there is to it.
For the record my original post was...
" It's a shame..." (dot, dot, dot)
You would need to click on that to see the ... that Tesla service is so bad, part.
Abmin changed the full title to " It's a shame that Tesla service is so bad " putting the statement in full view without clicking on the...
I own a Tesla Cyberbeast and enjoy it! I own Tesla stock and have an intrest in it growing. I have no motive beyond my observation... You can also be blinded by brand loyalty.
There you go! After a horrible experience in one location, I started using a service center approximately 35 miles away and service has been great.
And again, the statement is based on post here on this forum. You read enough you will find the alternatives listed.
Fortunately or...
Ten months in, and I have not noticed moisture inside the headlights. I will start paying closer attention in case I have not noticed. Not typical for my experience.
General rule: You can load a breaker to 80% of its rated value (There are exceptions). A 60-amp breaker can generally be derated to 80% of 60 amps equals 48amps.
