Since the update Iāve noticed a high pitched short noise when I first get in the CT, it definitely wasnāt there before and seems like itās coming from the dash. Anyone else notice this?
Itās because we are the red headed step child of Tesla. Similarly Teslaās patents for the Cybertruck showed the rear tail gate light bar as dynamic and an indicator of charge percentage, a simple software tweak we will probably never see.
My experience is that they always damage something else in the process of fixing something. I have never walked away without some sign they worked on my vehicle, and thatās not just the CT but every Tesla Iāve owned. I wish they had them respect peopleās vehicles a little more.
I guess I donāt understand the delay at this point, I too am waiting and with relatively expensive truck and solar setup I would hope they would get this worked out.
Things seem to overall calm down but I still get nervous about leaving my CT parked in a downtown region where I live. I hate that I canāt just enjoy my truck.
Arenāt there ports down there for it? I think they planned it but in real world use it just didnāt work as efficiently as expected. A cord will always be more efficient. Bummer.
I have a solar and powerwall setup. I understand the appeal of PowerShare, I would also love if I could use the CT like powerwalls but Iām not holding my breath.
This is unbelievable but matches my experience with Tesla service. They fix one thing and damage/scratch another every time I have to take one of our Teslas in.
True, I donāt have the stats on hand but I have seen estimates on take rates for SEXY to be 10-25%. Granted this may be increasing and as you said CT likely has a higher percentage take rates.
