The wiper is the worst problem and should be the easiest to fix... I think the wiper should be off and stay off until I turn it on especially in FSD. I am constantly having to turn it off every time I get back into FSD from trying to miss a pot hole of some other thing that FSD does not recognize.
If you have solar power at your home where you push your excess power back to the grid, then you should be able to do it. It would probably require a separate 3-way connection that disconnects your solar and connects your CT to replace your solar (say at night) then your home would be powered...
My app says the winter tire package is $3250. That is for 4 tires 4 rims & the TPS stuff. I assume they would charge tax if your state charges sales tax
I have the same problem every day at the same left turn where sometimes it is so bad that it wants to turn into the turning lane for the other traffic. I have started to turn off FSD before I get to the turn.
For $10,000 I would get a natural gas back-up generator (assuming you have natural gas at your house) I did three years ago 24,000 kw and it is good for the whole house. I would probably not charge the CT while both a/c were on and both of the double ovens were in use (which is not likely to...
I think you need to look at your driving pattern... the one in your photo shows over 600 Wh/mi (17 minutes) if you do that very often, your average Wh/mi will suffer.
My Wh/mi is just below 400 over the 11,500 miles, and I have sentry mode on most of the time and overheat at 90. My average...
If you do this, remember you must disconnect from the outside power supply. If you have a main disconnect it should be in the off position... I assume you know this since you said you used a gas power generator to power your house in the past. If you don't disconnect from the main power...
I would start charge earlier in the evening. Yeah it will cost a little more for the first hour or two, but seems like it might be better than having no charge when you get up in the am.
