    I have vertical scratches on several of my windows. Deep enough to hang a fingernail. Never been on a dirt road, but live out in the country. Must have got grit down in the sill at one point.

    Amazon music doesn't load 50% of the time.

    Mine does the exact same thing. If I Bluetooth Amazon through my phone it works just fine, but the app doesn’t work very often at all.
