Considering how much engineering and tech went into this truck, and what was achieved, I would be shocked if they couldn’t resolve the issue with the rub.

Over a month in, with 800 miles, and haven’t washed it once. Adds to the ruggedness of it.

I think I noticed it as well on mine, right where the hinges attach. You can only see it at a certain angle with certain lighting, and it’s very subtle. My assumption is it’s normal.

All I can say is, this is a horrific product. To anyone thinking of getting it, stay away. It ended up in the garbage. I’ve installed plenty of vinyl decals and things over the years. This, is something else. Steer clear.

@CyberTruckeeTheOne, maybe Apple was a bad example. I’ve also had pretty good CS from them, lol. Let’s swap that to AT&T and any cable company.

Same reason Apple doesn’t. No matter how poorly customers are treated, they all flock to be the first to have their new products. Until that changes, customer service will never be on their radar.
