    Exactly, Not only to the driver but Tesla for failing to perform the Recall. Some here might be new to Tesla, but they will perform the recall whether you want to or not. Itā€™s a Safety liability issue. TSB are a different animal and optional. Like trying to refuse a software updateā€¦ā€¦ good luckā€¦
