Too bad there is no company advertised on the truck. I've had two instances where I reported dangerous drivers to their employers. Companies appreciate it because drivers like this are a huge liability to them. Also, reporting may save lives.
Welcome to cybertruck ownership. For the first several months, I got a new rattle every other week. After a year, it looks like everything that was going to rattle is rattling and there are no new rattles. I leared to ignore it.
I had the same rattle but it went away by itself. I dont know how it fixed itself. I suspect that something came unglued when someone sat in the back seat and pressed their knees into the front seat and it glued itself back.
I was considering putting the mirror on the dashboard somewhere behind the steering wheel. There are two issues that steered me away from the idea: 1. the mirror doesn't have auto-dim so having something this bright directly in front of me at night may get annoying. 2. putting the mirror further...
Its a big mirror. The picture was taken with a .5 zoom so it doesn't look like it. but if you use the screen as a reference point, you get an idea of how big the mirror actually is. Initially, I had it in the traditional spot but it was taking up a large portion of my field of view of the right...
I agree that its clunkier but this is the only place that works for me without sacrificing field of view from the window. Both the higher position and the larger screen is a big improvement on visibility. I can glance at the mirror while still having the road in my periphery.
With the on...
First, I had the mirror mounted in the traditional spot and I found that it was blocking my view too much. I decided to install it on top of the screen instead. I got the Wolfbox G900 Pro. I dont know if I would go with this mirror again. My gripe is that I cannot turn off any of the overlay...
The $3K balance was the total installation. I just updated the post. It turns out it was a mistake by Qmerit. They were not supposed to send me the invoice.
To fully understand my frustration, you should read my communication with tesla. I had to explain several times that the reason that they gave me for the rejection (my home is a business which it is not) is not valid... As the man was installing the hardware, I spoke to him and said "are you...
i got a breakdown
I dont know what your question suggests. I bought a cyberbeast that comes with hardware and an installation of up to $4k (i was one of the first people when this was offered).
I got my cyberbeast 6 months ago. After receiving the rejection letter. I went back and forth wih Tesla and finally convinced them that my place is eligible for the installation and that they need to hold up their end of the deal. This lasted for several months... Finally Qmerit contacted me and...
One thing i haven't figured out with parallel parking is that once i get the back wheel close to the curb, and then turn the streering wheel all the way to get the front in, the back wheels steer further away from the curb. The back of the car ends up being further away from the curb than the...
