Yes- I'm tracking that. Once tesla enables solar i plan on moving the connection. We have an outage maybe 1 time a year. The longest one in the last 30 years was just over 24 hours, so the Cybertruck will do fine. I'm more concerned about them not enabling the powershare due to having...
Wish there was a poll option- is there anyone with Solar that is installed between the meter and the gateway- where powershare works? I have non tesla solar and am planning on keeping the solar on the grid side of the powershare- so when there's an outage the solar will shut off. The...
Interestingly enough- my dodge does fine with 1000 plus lbs on top. I also have a setup for my RZR1000 that weighs 1600 lbs. No issue whatsoever. Given the Cybertruck is one of the most stiffness suspensions I've ever had and the cg is so low on it, I wouldn't expect any issues putting 1600...
There has been two cybertrucks here in Alaska that had similar incidents in the last couple of months. Be sure to report it when you get the new one. It should be covered under warranty as it shouldn't do that.....
I have these tires LT3 275 65 R20 Studded. So far they are performing excellent on ice and snow here in Alaska. I have them on stock rims. They are about .9 inches smaller in diameter. If the truck indicates 65mph you're actually going 64... I've used hakas on all of my cars for over 20...
In my experience 500a is at the max voltage of 1000v so 500kw. At lower voltage it will handle the equivalent kw- but good luck finding a 500kw 400v charger- the wires would be huge! :-)
It's less hassel to use the eveject- I've used it a couple of times. The tesla ccs adapter is only listed to 500v- ccs can charge to 800 with the Cybertruck. I know mine charged to 756v with no issues- but it was at 75kw... I haven't pulled my trim off.
I did a quick search and didn't see any other posts- my awd vin 1094x is set up so with the tonneau cover closed you can see into the bed. I noticed when I had the tailgate open and noticed you could see In the cab- is this an iteration of design that may be pointing to a rear slider window ???
Any recent update on chadmeo compatibility? I've been told the existing ccs adapter, when plugged into an eveject adapter will charge a cybertruck. I'm gonna try both of these later this week with a cybertruck, but was curious if anyone had recently tried it. I've been told that the latest...
