Got mine back from service this morning. They were in fact able to adjust the tailgate. It is not 100% flush now but 10x better. All the service notes stated was that the latch required adjustment.

To me, it seems like they connected the wiring to test the lightbar and make sure it works which added it to you interface. Then they disconnected it for liability reasons and the computer senses that it isn't installed anymore. I would check the b pillar for the connection.

My tailgate doesn't close flush either and is part of my service visit next. I'll let you guys know if they are able to do anything about it.

I would just set the lightbar on top of the truck temporarily and wire it up to see if it is software blocked based on non FS CB.
