Probably not the right answer, but you could put a suicide plug between the grid and your powerwalls. You would need to manually shut off grid supply and then plug in a line to your 14-50 plug in the bed. It's basically male plugs on both ends, and another 14-50 outlet on your wall that's before...

I would try a different print shop. 3mf is easily converted to STL. I could convert it for you, but seriously I wouldn't trust a shop that can't figure that out.
