I like the tent a lot actually. I prob have close to the record because of the way I am using it. I’m coming up on 60 nights in it so far. Half of those I slept on the provided mattress which I wasn’t a fan of. I upgraded to the Hest Foamy Wide and it has been awesome. I also purchased the...
I looked at lighter and more compact options first. I went with something more robust due to the weight of the smoker and my use case. I like that the height is adjustable. It feels super strong and stable as I adapt my setup each trip.
I have been using my Cybertruck and Cybertent as an overlanding setup while working near the Mojave desert since August 5th. Adding and eliminating equipment each trip. I came up with a use for the Vault Divider while the Cybertent is deployed. For around $100, I was able to convert it into a...
I’ve been using the Hest Foamy Wide for solo camping and just added the Hest Foamy Standard when sleeping with a guest. It’s more comfortable than my Tempur-Pedic.
I have an adapter that converts the 7 pin to a 12 volt plug adapter for my SUP pump. It has worked great all summer. Post if you get this to work because the VIAIR TLC Pro is on my shopping list currently using that adapter.
Rear but it wouldn’t move. It said it might reset if I exit the vehicle, so I did. Then it shut down and locked me out. I sat on the curb for 4 hours waiting for the tow truck while pissing off the entire city of Burbank in rush hour. I tried resetting it a few times and putting it in...
Happen to me last night in LA (I live in NorCal.) Nightmare situation. Tow truck dropped it off at Burbank and crickets from Tesla so far. Supposed to be camping this week in Mojave using the Cybertent. Slept in the rental car last night. Picked up 1 Feb, VIN 648
As someone who has driven almost 13K miles in my CT since 1 Feb 24. I flew into Denver last night and the Mustang Mach-E that was reserved wasn’t available so they upgraded me to the new Silverado E. I hate this thing. The only thing that seems better than the CT is legroom/space in the back...
Since my rack connects to the 4 Pin trailer connector the truck auto knows something is hooked up and displays an ICON with a trailer. It doesn’t beep or alert the rear parking sensor when going in reverse. Without a bike on the rack it doesn’t obstruct the camera. The software we have...
I will say the Cybertruck doesn’t act the same as the Y with a bike rack installed. So we will just have to find out how limited the functionally is once it is fully ported.
As a person who has driven a Model Y that has FSD with a bike carrier on the hitch I would agree It’s annoying. The Cybertruck is designed to tow things which is a reason I think the Autopilot/FSD is not available yet. So we have no idea if it will be affected by towing or having the rear...
You will prob need to keep the tailgate down. I havn’t tried fitting my bike in the bed at a 45 degree angle standing up but I doubt it will fit. Removing the front wheel and getting an axel mount on the rail under the rear window would work.
I normally ride with friends which is why the 4 bike extender for that rack is on my shopping list at the moment. I guess I should start shopping for a rack that holds a single bike so I don’t look like a loser when riding solo.
