Yes, I did pressure wash after the service. Everything has been fine.

Had Cybertruck for 48 hours and back in the shop.... oil pump issue

Car wash at home with a regular electric pressure washer caused this issue on my truck. SC replaced the oil pump, and the problem has never resurfaced in the last 7 months after the service work. Good Luck!

Had Cybertruck for 48 hours and back in the shop.... oil pump issue

I think we have the same problem, alert code 'dif_a149'? My truck has been in service since May 20th and will be kept there throughout this week too as I was told today. So, it is expected to spend half of the first month ownership in the service center. I picked up my truck early this month...

My Cybertruck went blind - lost all visualizations on my screen

Another thing I learned within my limited ownership experience: an incompatible aftermarket USB/SSD drive will cause problems with autopilot calibration, thus visualization and sentry mode. Better leave the 128GB Tesla-branded USB drive in its place at the delivery. Wait till the calibration...

My Cybertruck went blind - lost all visualizations on my screen

I had the exact same issue before (headlight stayed ON all the same time despite of being set to 'AUTO'), in conjunction with no visualization, unstable sentry mode and rear-view camera feed. But something fixed it in the last couple of days. It was either the driving miles or last two software...

My turn for Critical Error, week 2

In the older Tesla with traditional 12V lead-acid car battery, you will receive numerous error messages from multiple systems when the 12V battery dies.

Two Days In = Critical Errors (25 of them)

Okay, mine is much ahead of yours. I took delivery in April 2018. Maybe that’s why. Anyway, I haven’t really cared because driving experience has been phenomenal. Back to this CT issue, I’m a bit concerned, because I’m looking to take long road trips shortly after I get mine (RN#11275xxx, 12/16...

Two Days In = Critical Errors (25 of them)

When was yours built or when did you take delivery?

Two Days In = Critical Errors (25 of them)

Build quality (panel gap, fit & finish) on my 2018 M3 is a joke, but the battery and powertrain have been problem-free till this day and after 105K miles. We still get 300-mile (rated) on a full charge. Never had any 'critical' or major issues that stopped us from driving it. The only annoying...

Cybertruck engineers bend upper control arm in testing

Model 3 had a redesigned ball joint for the front upper control arm, not the complete control arm: where the faulty design for early model year (2017-2018, maybe) caused the lubricant inside to dry up and not perform well thus resulted in squeezing noises when turning or going over bumps. I had...

Here’s a YouTube video from out of spec podcast digesting this update’s effect on charging.

    Disabling PWS Pedestrian Warning Sound?

So is it part of the ā€˜super horn’ or a separate speaker on CT?

Will magnets stick to the cybertruck?

yes, magnets work on cybertrucks. TSport did the test in one of their early videos when they had two cybertrucks in the shop for customization work.

    Universal Charger Delivery & Install

I once asked a similar question to someone on X who took delivery. He said only mobile connector is available at delivery with the truck and the universal wall connector is part of the PowerShare equipment to be supplied and installed at a later day by a third party installer. That’s why many...
