I had the same exact issue everyone here is describing.
I took it in for service and made sure to note the problem clearly. I also went on a test drive with the tech — he sat in the back seat and immediately saw what was happening. After that, he brought it back in and explained the fix.
The issue was that the rear glass has a very slight bow (possibly a manufacturing tolerance thing). Their fix was to add a small piece of weather stripping to the rear gasket, which pushes the glass out just enough to seal properly. They also recalibrated everything, but the tech said the gasket adjustment is what actually solves it.
What was interesting is that this only happened in colder temps. When it was around 40–50°F and above, I didn’t notice it. Below that, the issue showed up. The tech also mentioned they had another Cybertruck with the same problem either the day before or the day after mine.
End result: problem solved, no charge.
My advice — just bring it in for service and make sure they ride with you so they can see it firsthand.
