Depends on what you are pulling. In most cases you will need to go down an inch or two. Agree with those that think mount is tucked too far under. Reno 4" adjustable 12,500 lbs capacity is what I have and is well made, easily adjustable. A bit large and heavy but so are the rest that are that tough.
Is the Reno hitch shank long enough to allow it to be used upside down as a rise hitch on the Cybertruck?

I got the Shocker Air Trailer Tongue Mount and a cheap Home Depot ball hitch in the truck.

Pro:
You can still open the tail gate
You don't have a huge hitch when not towing
Reduced stress on the truck and trailer

Cons:
It's attached to a single trailer
You need to fill in the air pressure correctly or it's bouncy.

B&W Continuum weight distribution hitch with 274RKW travel trailer. Easy to remove and reconnect plus very adjustable.

I am a huge fan of the Weigh-Safe hitches, have a couple, including a new weight-distribution hitch that BARELY clears the bumper (see pics). Here is my weight distribution scale result, dialed in perfectly for a rig that maxes out the truck’s capability, along with a few pics of the set-up. The only issue is the 75-mile max range!

Note the weight on the Weigh-Safe hitch shown below at over 2,500 pounds is the dialed-in pressure on the ball, not the actual tongue weight, which is measured before setting the hitch up with the control/spring arms, at which time the indicated weight is much higher. The tongue weight remains the same, which in this case is just over 1,000 pounds, so at the limit, but within specs and right where it needs to be. The system tows great for a very short distance. At 55 mph, it consumes around 1,400 kWh. Untenable for anything but very short runs.
