Eh, its not all bad. For the right price a Leaf isn't a bad option (maybe just stay clear of the japan-built 2011-2012's). I have a 2015 with 11/12 bars still and 41k miles on it. That pretty good considering no active cooling on the pack and driving in hot Atlanta summers.
Seriously...for a message board about a tough pickup truck with bulletproof body panels, there's a lot of folks here with the thinnest of skins. Can't accept that comedy, satire, and jokes exist? Want platforms to ban the Bee? Toughen up buttercups.
I've been burned by shorted electrical wiring to a car battery. This video is total BS and no you should never play around with lots of amps even if it's only 12v.
What about the fold out panels? I was understanding that there would be optional additional panels that could provide up to 35 miles per day. I imagine those would fold out from the sides of the bed to form what looks like wings on the sides of the vault.
Does anyone think that the range numbers we were given are WITH a payload or trailer weight? They stated the range of the Semitruck like that. Why would we be mislead with the Cybertruck to believe that it won't be able to tow at least the paylod capacity of 3500 lbs for 500 miles on one charge...
You're kidding right? An extra 6th, almost full-sized seat for a family member, or more space to store clutter and crap your wife brings into the vehicle?
I'll take the seat. She needs to simplify her life and get rid of crap anyway.
Dumb. A feature no one needs. Plus it adds complexity which will cost more $$$ if if fails or needs an alignment. I'm not sold on it or the tank feature the Rivian has.
