VW chief defies sceptics with ambitious plans to overtake Tesla

I applaud any efforts to build a more sustainable future, while VW may never catch up on battery tech, and stuff. They are getting into some things Tesla is not doing. Have you seen the Id.3's HUD? It's pretty cool. Hopefully this competion, and others, will push Tesla to stay driven, and...

Honestly Tesla usually delivers better than the prototype in every situation. I assume that they had the million mile battery in mind when they announced the specs at the unveil. However I would not be surprised if each version of the cybertruck ends up with longer range than previously...

I'm guessing you will get yours in 2021, if the factory is built this year, they plan on producing 200k-400k cybertrucks per year. Either way they should hit the 24,800 mark in the first year. So maybe August 2021? I'm also super psyched about the heat pump and octo-valve created the warmest...

Thanks! It seems FSD is moving quickly these days, I read it will soon read speed limit signs and navigate round-a-bouts. I'm also interested in the quad, I wonder if they will offer a rack for storage or a winch on it?

I signed up for FSD, and am considering solar tonneau cover with sails. However, I wonder if snow and dark winter nights make that choice a bad one in Minnesota.

That would be great! I ordered mine about a month after reveal. I'm dying to see one up close. Please keep me informed when yours comes in.

Hi fellow minnesotans, I'm in Little Canada, and ordered the tri-motor, although I'm considering dropping it to a dual-motor. It's a tough call, I like the range of the tri-motor but it really depends on how this crazy economy is when my reservation at 400,000 is done.

TFL Says Cybertruck Won't Offroad (Well)...and I Respond (Newest Video)

Go get'em truck guy! These guys are grasping at straws to explain why they spent so much money on antiques!

Factory Ladder Bed Rack For Cybertruck Spotted in Reveal Night Image

I think you might be right geo, I wish there was a clearer picture, and I hope this is a stock option that stows away in the sails. What a great catch! It's amazing how the window demonstration derailed so many other cool things from being mentioned at the unveiling, that we are still finding...

Factory Ladder Bed Rack For Cybertruck Spotted in Reveal Night Image

Looking at this picture I notice that the upper triangle of the ladder rack isn't just a flipped up sail, it's backwards. Where the sail panels usually rest it looks open. I reason that the sails must be detachable, and able to mount backwards to create a kind of level square from the 2...

Towing GOD: Part 2 - Suspension and Electronics (Newest Video)

Sounds awesome! As usual another great video, thanks for your insights. It's fun to speculate on the degree of mind blowing features this truck could be capable of, but your videos always seem well informed. Can't wait to see the next one.

Towing GOD: Part 2 - Suspension and Electronics (Newest Video)

Or if when I come back on the boat I could summon the cybertruck back to the launch and pull right onto the trailer!

Towing GOD: Part 2 - Suspension and Electronics (Newest Video)

I'm also hoping that automatic backup mode, combined with summon fsd would allow me to step out of the truck and have it launch my boat. So I can walk up, crank the boat out and park it at the dock quickly. That would be awesome! Especially if it could park itself with the trailer, I wouldn't...
