    I have been having success removing the phone from its case.

  2. Worst delivery in my life (truck died in 5 minutes) UPDATE: FIXED

    In the interim while they work to stock up on inventory, they pull from the assembly line as needed but there is still a shipping delay given the parts have to come from TX. Could be five days to PNW depending on the size of the part.
